It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 12:00 PM EST on any given day; such orders will be mailed the next business day. We ship all orders within the continental United States by UPS, USPS and FedEx. Estimated shipping time can range from 2 to 14 days, depending on where you live, when you place your order (day or season), and the type of UPS delivery service you choose. We cannot be responsible for delivery transit time. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at TTPofNC@gmail.com or 336.337.2132. Cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
Our products come with a 30-day return privilege. We want you to be completely satisfied or we will gladly exchange the product for another or your refund your money promptly excluding shipping (restrictions apply*).
Our rate of product returns is near zero, because we strive to provide the correct products and quality products the first time. That is why our customers become life-long customers.
We have many testimonials from our customers and will gladly share them with you upon request.
Trinity Truck Parts does not accept returns on used items, Factory Special Order products or items shipped via truck freight. If you have any questions regarding this issue, feel free to contact us at your convenience.
Customer Return Procedure - At Trinitytruckparts.com, we pride ourselves on the fact that we work with the best manufacturers in the business but we also understand things do happen.
1. Email us at returns@Trinitytruckparts.com or use our Contact Us form to inform us that you are returning a product and to get an RMA number.
2. After attaining the RMA number, completely fill out the return form listing the part(s) and provide a reason code for the return. A detailed description must be provided in the Customer Comments portion of the form.
3. Please be sure to pack your item carefully in the original packaging your product arrived in to prevent shipping damage and include the return form to ensure that you receive proper credit for your merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and shipping insurance.
All returned items must be returned in their original (unused)
condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. If a
new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for the additional cost.
We will then inspect the item to determine if it is indeed defective.
Truck Freight Note:
Some of our products like oversized sheet metal, are too large to ship via UPS or other standard carriers and must be delivered by truck. All orders requiring delivery by truck must be prepaid.
All truck freight orders need to be checked by the receiver before being signed for. (Please open the box and inspect your item) Once the paperwork is signed and given to the driver, Trinity Truck Parts will not be held liable for any damage to the product. If your item is damaged do not sign for the package, which will prevent you from any liability. Refuse the package and please notify us at TTPofNC@gmail.com. . We will get another item shipped to you as soon as possible. We prefer to ship to business addresses if possible. Please contact us if you have any questions about your item. Undercover Tonneau Covers, Oversized N-fab products, Hoods, Door Shells, One Piece Grille Guards, Tires, Tire & Wheel Packages and Oversized Bumpers are some of our truck freighted items.
If Access or Assistance is going to be an issue, you may request to pick up your order at the Freight Companies Loading Dock at no additional charge to you.
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the Packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at email@example.com so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt “Subject to Concealed Damage”.
Immediately after receiving you order open and inspect your item for any signs of “Concealed Damage”. In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The Carrier should be contacted no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the carrier, please contact us promptly at returns@Trinitytruckparts.com so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
Special Order Returns*
Please note that some items on our website are special order items.
Factory Special Order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping. A Factory Special Ordered item is any item that Trinity Truck Parts does not stock on a regular basis. If you have any questions regarding this issue, feel free to contact us at your convenience.
Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Damage & Lost Claims*
Notify Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. for instructions on returning damaged items or follow the customer return procedure above. Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. will not accept any damage claims 30 days after the shipping date. Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. accepts no responsibility for parts damaged in transit. If your part was lost by the shipper, you must file a claim with them. If the shipper settles the claim, we will ship the replacement to you. If the shipper refuses or denies the claim, Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. can not pay to replace the part.
Note: Sheet metal parts are very susceptible to slight damage during shipment. No credit will be issued for sheet metal that has small pecks, dings, scratches, or other minor flaws. Body panels will require minor body work for a quality finish. Please contact us if you have any questions about your part. Accepting delivery of any damaged freight and failing to notify the driver or signing the freight bill at time of delivery means you have signed off on the freight. In other words, once you sign the freight bill you can not return the part even if it has been damaged during shipping, so please inspect your parts thoroughly before the carrier leaves.
Improper installation or customer misuse*
Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. is unable to accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer misuse. All electrical parts, electrical components, wiring kits and custom items can not be returned. Call before you install if you have any questions.
Certain parts are not returnable: Wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed (unless defective), certain electrical items and closeouts.
Tires that are out of round or defective will be replaced by a new tire, shipping and all labor is required to be paid by customer.
If a return is requested for reasons other than mentioned above (i.e. customer changes mind), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to Trinity Truck Parts warehouse. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. All C.O.D. returns will be refused. Use only UPS or FedEx when returning items. We reserve the right to charge 25% restocking fee for all merchandise returns. All electrical parts, electrical components, wiring kits and custom items can only be returned if not opened.
Free Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for actual freight cost on all items which are shipped free freight. The freight will be deducted from the cost of the item being returned.
Claims after 30 days
No returns after 30 days unless approved by Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. We reserve the right to charge 35% restocking fee for all merchandise returns after 30 days.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless item is damaged or defective.
Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
All parts are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your products. Please review the information you receive with your products for more information.
Manufacturer Warranties only cover the part itself, at no time do these warranties or any other warranty given by Trinity Truck Parts, Inc. cover the labor costs to remove or replace the part from a vehicle or does it pay the labor costs of any mechanic.
